all orders are processed within 2–5 business days. once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

domestic (us): orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after processing. All prints are carefully rolled and packaged in protective tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

international: orders ship via USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx and typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your location. please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

damaged or lost orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
